The new type of marine fireproof door has the characteristics of lightweight, firmness, bump resistance, flame retardant, sound insulation, heat insulation, fire resistance, and high strength, which is conducive to installation and has the characteristics of beautiful appearance. Marine fire doors are mainly cabin fire doors on ships. The marine fire door consists of a fire door frame and a fire door panel. One side of the fire door panel is hinged to one side of the fire door frame, and the other side has a door lock and a handle. Its characteristic is that there is an escape opening on the fire door panel, and there is a small wind grid-type door panel at the escape opening. One side of the air grille type small door panel is hinged with the corresponding side of the escape opening, and the other side is provided with a latch for closing or opening the air grille type small door panel.
When installing marine fire doors, you need to pay attention to the following points:
1) Single-weight enclosing wall: The reinforcement method is to install directly in the top and bottom grooves, and the thickness of the door frame is suitable for the width of the top and bottom grooves. After installation, the top and bottom grooves are reinforced with self-tapping screws to ensure the position of the fire door.
2) Triple wall: generally appear in the part of the ship with its own steel wall. There are two layers of composite rock wool board inside and outside. The reinforcement is to fix the fire door by welding when the composite rock wool board is not installed.
3) Double enclosure: Generally, it appears in places such as the cab, where there is a composite cotton board on one side and a steel enclosure on the other. The installation is reinforced by surrounding screws and nuts.
